Sintered
rare earth magnet
1.Samarium cobalt magnet
Sm-Co magnet are two-type Sm1Co5 amd Sm2Co17.
Sm2Co17 with higher iHc values, offer greater stability than Sm1Co5.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Characteristics of samarium cobalt magnet
- Its maximum energy product(Bhmax), is far higher
than that of conventional magnets.
- Because of its high coercive force and low reversible
permeability, it is stable in the persence of external magnetic
fields.
- Its magnetism hardly changs with temperature.
- Its incorporation in appliances leads to an
increase in their efficiency and substantial downsizing.

2. Neodymium sintered magnet
|
|
Neodymium magnet which is an anisoyropic sintered magnet composed
basically of
noodymium, iron, boron.
Surface coating is very important for anti-corrosion.
(Nickiel, Zinc, Tin plating or Epoxy resin coating, etc..)

Characteristics
of neodymium sintered magnet

- Its maximum energy product(Bhmax), is far higher
than that of conventional magnets.
- Because of its high coercive force and low reversible
permeability, it is stable in
the persence of external magnetic fields.
- Its magnetism weakly changs with temperature.
- Its incorporation in appliances leads to an
increase in their efficiency and substantial downsizing.
